BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
The reconstruction of Dundee Avenue, including new HMA pavement, concrete curb and gutter, ADA compliant
sidewalks, traffic signal replacement/modernization, water main replacement, storm sewer upgrades, storm
sewer installation, sanitary sewer lining and repairs, roadway lighting, pavement markings, widening of the
existing corridor, and other appurtenant work to complete the construction.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Five million, two hundred and fifty eight thousand, seven hundred and
twenty four Dollars( $5,258,724.00 )for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
