RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SIDEWALK EASEMENT PLAT FOR 1700 NORTH
RANDALL ROAD, ELGIN, IL FROM QUIKTRIP CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and accept a Sidewalk Easement Plat for sidewalk purposes for 1700 North
Randall Road, Elgin, IL from QuikTrip Corporation, regarding the property legally described on
said plat prepared by Farnsworth Group dated April 2, 2024, last revised on August 6, 2024, a
copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Sidewalk Easement
Plat for sidewalk purposes for 1700 North Randall Road, Elgin, IL to be recorded in the office of
the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
