RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TOLLGATE ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts, for ownership and maintenance for Tollgate Road the
following public improvements: streets, watermains, streetlights, sidewalks, parkway trees and
their related appurtenances. Acceptance of these improvements will add the following maintained
facilities: 2,975 lineal feet of 8-inch watermain;454 lineal feet of eight-inch watermain; one valve
in four-foot vault; 482 lineal feet of improved street; 444 lineal feet of sidewalk; one streetlight,
nineteen parkway trees; and their appurtenances to the city-maintained facilities.
