RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FOR HIGH STREET TOLLGATE
(1100-1120 TOLLGATE ROAD)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts, for ownership and maintenance for Hight Street Tollgate
(1100-1120 Tollgate Road) the following public improvements: streets, watermains, sanitary
sewers, streetlights, street signs, sidewalks, parkway trees and their related appurtenances.
Acceptance of these improvements will add the following maintained facilities: 2,975 lineal feet
of 8-inch watermain; 393 lineal feet of 10-inch watermain; three valves in four-foot vaults; nine
fire hydrants; 207 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer; 66 lineal feet of 15-inch storm sewer; 66
lineal feet of 18-inch storm sewer; ten catch basins; 1,322 lineal feet of improved street; 1,299
lineal feet of sidewalk;three street signs;seven streetlights;58 street trees;and their appurtenances
to the city maintained facilities.
