APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement relating to the claim of DeJuan Johnson which includes payment in
the total amount of$66,934.71 is approved.
