RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT GRANT FOR HIGHLAND
WOODS —NEIGHBORHOOD J LOTS 313, 314 & PARCEL 43 FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS FROM PULTE HOME COMPANY, LLC
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Easement Grant for public improvements for Highland
Woods —Neighborhood J Lots 313, 314 & Parcel 43, Elgin, IL from Pulte Home Company, LLC
regarding the property legally described on said plat prepared by Cemcon, Ltd., dated November
15, 2023, last revised December 21, 2023, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Plat of Easement
Grant for Highland Woods — Neighborhood J Lots 313, 314 & Parcel 43, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
