BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the ro osed improvement shall consist of
Construction and construction engineering for the City of Elgin's 2024 Woodbridge Resurfacing Project which
includes pavement patching, pavement milling. HMA resurfacing, curb and gutter removal and replacement.
sidewalk removal and replacement, structure adjustments. HMA & PCC driveway removal and replacement,
paved ditch removal and replacement, landscape restoration, traffic control, and appurtenant construction.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Sixty Nine
Dollars( $2,198,069.00 )for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
