BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
Construction and construction engineering for the City of Elgin's 2024 Various Resurfacing Project which
includes HMA Surface Removal. HMA and Concrete pavement removal, combination curb and gutter. sidewalk
removal and replacement. base preparation, placement of HMA Binder and Surface Courses. restoration and
appurtenant construction.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Two million eight hundred fifteen thousand seven hundred seventy four--
Dollars( $2,815,774.00
for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
