Home My WebLink About24-122 Resolution No. 24-122 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE TALL OAKS UNIT 4 SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts, for ownership and maintenance in the Tall Oaks Unit 4 Subdivision the following public improvements: watermain, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, sidewalk, parkway trees and their related appurtenances. Acceptance of these improvements will add the following maintained facilities: 92 lineal feet of 8-inch water main; two 8-inch valves in 4-foot vaults; 78 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer; 3 sanitary manholes; 25 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer; 178 lineal feet of 18-inch storm sewer; 273 lineal feet of 24-inch storm sewer; 150 lineal feet of 30-inch storm sewer; 8 lineal feet of 36-inch storm sewer; 6 storm manholes; 1,960 square feet of sidewalk; 28 parkway trees and their appurtenances to the city maintained facilities. s/David J.
