Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Easement for City Easement and Stormwater Management Easement purposes for 711 East Chicago Street from UP Hanover Landing LP, regarding the property legally described on said plat prepared by Manhard Consulting LTD. with an issue date of April 1, 2022, last revised on December 12, 2023, a copy of which is attached hereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Plat of Easement for City Easement and Stormwater Management Easement to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
