RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE SITE LOCATED AT 1705 MADELINE LANE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within the site located at 1705 Madeline Lane which will include watermains and sidewalks.
Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city-maintained facilities:
Approximately 1,548 lineal feet of 8-inch watermain; four, 8-inch valves in 48-inch vaults; two
fire hydrants; 1,281 lineal feet of 5-foot sidewalk and their appurtenances to the city-maintained
facilities.
