RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN WEST POINT GARDENS SOUTH PHASE 2A SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within West Point Gardens South Phase 2A Subdivision which will include storm sewers.
Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city maintained facilities:
Approximately 265 linear feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer; one 3-foot catch basin; one 4-foot
storm manhole and their appurtenances to the City maintained facilities.
