RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF HEALTH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Jason Smith is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Health, for a term that will
expire on May 1, 2025.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Jeanine Seitz is hereby reappointed as a member of the Board of Health, for a term that will
expire on May 1, 2025.
