RESOLUTION
APPROVING REIMBURSEMENT TO BLUFF CITY MATERIALS, INC.
FOR THE COST OF UPSIZING THE WATER TRANSMISSION LINE
THROUGH TALL OAKS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 3
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby approves the reimbursement in the amount of$245,710 to Bluff City Materials, Inc.
for the cost of upsizing the water transmission line through Tall Oaks Subdivision,Unit 3.
