RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A FINAL PLAT OF EASEMENT
GRANT FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FROM MARKLUND CHILDREN'S HOME
(1210 Hunter Drive, Elgin, IL)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Easement Grant for stormwater management for 1210
Hunter Drive, Elgin, IL from Marklund Children's Home regarding the property legally described
on said plat prepared by Webster, McGrath & Ahlberg, Ltd., dated May 17, 2022, last revised
April 25, 2023, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Plat of Easement
Grant for stormwater management to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cook
County, Illinois.
