APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the property damage subrogation claim of Sentry Insurance Company
(DOL: March 24, 2021) in the total amount of$30,500 is approved.
