RESOLUTION
PROVIDING FOR TERMINATION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CORNERSTONE
PARTNERS HORTICULTURAL SERVICES COMPANY FOR
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT CONTRACTUAL LANDSCAPE
MAINTENANCE AWARDED PURSUANT TO BID NO. 23-006
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby terminates the Agreement between the City of Elgin and Cornerstone
Partners Horticultural Services Company relating to central business district contractual landscape
maintenance awarded pursuant to Bid No. 23-006 pursuant to Article IV of such Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that Richard G. Kozal,City Manager,be and is hereby authorized and directed to send
to Cornerstone Partners Horticultural Services Company a thirty (30) day written notice of such
termination pursuant to Article IV of the Agreement.
