RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the previous approved settlement of the pending workers'compensation case of Michele Trant,Case
No.22 WC 003816,which was approved in the total amount of$34,176.63 pursuant to Resolution
23-113, be and is hereby amended whereby the settlement of such case is approved in the total
amount of$35,176.63.
