BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
Construction and construction engineering for the City of Elgin's 2023 Providence Resurfacing Project which
includes milling, patching, HMA binder and surface placement, curb and sidewalk spot repairs, sidewalk
intersection improvements for ADA compliance, adjustments, sodding, and other associated improvements.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Two million three hundred fourteen thousand forty three dollars and
zero cents Dollars( __ $2,314,043.00 )for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
