RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation case of Mickey Widtfeldt,Case No.
20 WC 24137, in the total amount of$37,484.39 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the proposed settlement of the pending workers' compensation case of Kenneth
Boyke, Case No. 20 WC 28358, in the total amount of$58,841.78 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation case of Cherif Fortin,
Case No. 13 WC 32816, in the total amount of$48,704.60 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation case of Cherif Fortin,
Case No. 18 WC 22704, in the total amount of$118,596 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the proposed settlement of the pending workers' compensation case of Terence
Bruce, Case No. Pro Se, in the total amount of$50,000 is approved.
