Home My WebLink About22-46 Resolution No. 22-46 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ALONG BUSSE PARKWAY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements along Busse Parkway which will include storm sewers, street lights, street signs, public landscaping, pavement, curbs and gutters. Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city maintained facilities: Approximately 105 lineal feet of 12-inch storm sewer;3 catch basins; 3 street lights; 3 street signs; 34 parkway trees; 912 lineal feet of improved street; 1,824 lineal feet of curb and gutter and their appurtenances to the City maintained facilities.
