RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN STREETLIGHT
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN HIGHLAND WOODS NEIGHBORHOOD J
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain streetlight
improvements within Highland Woods Neighborhood J which will include streetlights.
Acceptance of the parkway improvements will add the following city maintained facilities:
Approximately 36 streetlights to the City maintained facilities.
