RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PARKWAY
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN HIGHLAND WOODS NEIGHBORHOOD C
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain parkway
improvements within Highland Woods Neighborhood C which will include sidewalks and trees.
Acceptance of the parkway improvements will add the following city maintained facilities:
Approximately 35,920 square feet of sidewalk and 237 parkway trees to the City maintained
facilities.
