RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN 1600 N. RANDALL ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within 1600 N. Randall Road which will include watermains, valves and a fire hydrant.
Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city maintained facilities:
Approximately five lineal feet of three-inch water main; five lineal feet of six-inch water main;
362 feet of eight-inch water main; 835 lineal feet of sixteen-inch water main; one three-inch valve
in a four-foot vault; one six-inch valve in a four-foot vault; two eight-inch valves in four-foot
vaults; two sixteen-inch valves in five-foot vaults; one fire hydrant and their appurtenances to the
City maintained facilities.
