Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Easement for stormwater management purposes within the site located at 1460 Sheldon Drive from School District U-46 regarding the property legally described on said plat, prepared by Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. dated March 8, 2021, a copy of which is attached hereto.
