RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PLAT OF EASEMENT FOR 1460
SHELDON DRIVE FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PURPOSES FROM SCHOOL
DISTRICT U-46
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Easement for stormwater management purposes within
the site located at 1460 Sheldon Drive from School District U-46 regarding the property legally
described on said plat, prepared by Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. dated March 8, 2021, a
copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause said Plat of Easement for 1460 Sheldon Drive to be recorded in the office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cook County, Illinois.
