RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PLAT OF
DEDICATION FOR 8 S. SPRING STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute a Plat of Dedication for 8 S. Spring Street,Elgin,IL,regarding the property
legally described on said plat prepared by Polena Engineering LLC, dated October 5,2022,a copy
of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause said Plat of Dedication for 8 S. Spring Street to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
