RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS
FROM SECOND CHANCE CARDIAC SOLUTIONS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Richard G. Kozal, City Manager, be and is hereby authorized and directed to purchase
automated external defibrillators from Second Change Cardiac Solutions,Inc. for the total amount
of$35,876 pursuant to the quotation therefore dated August 3, 2022, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
