FOR IMPROVEMENT UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE FOR THE
APPROPRIATION OF 2011 MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS IN CONNECTION WITH THE
CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT TRAFFIC SIGNAL INTERCONNECTION PROJECT
adopted by the Elgin City Council at its legally convened meeting held on October 26, 2022.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the corporate seal of the
City of Elgin at the said City in the County and State aforesaid this October 27, 2022.

the Elgin CBD Traffic Signal System Interconnect plan to connect signals at Wing St./I1-31, Lawrence Ave./
Kimball StAL 31, and Kimball St./N. Grove St. in downtown Elgin.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Twenty two thousand six hundred twenty three and fifty cents
Dollars( $22,623.50 )for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
