RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN LITIGATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement of the case of Andrew Real and Doreen Real v. Jaquelyn Gavina and
City of Elgin in Case No. 19-L-000278 which includes payment in the total amount of$535,000
is approved.
