RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PLAT OF STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT EASEMENT FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PURPOSES WITHIN
THE SITE LOCATED AT 375 SECOND STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that David J. Kaptain, Mayor, and Kimberly A. Dewis, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and accept a Plat of Stormwater Management Easement for stormwater
management purposes for 375 Second Street from R& L Carriers regarding the property legally
described on said plat prepared by Norman J. Toberman&Associates, LLC, dated June 28, 2022,
a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS,that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Plat of Stormwater
Management Easement for 375 Second Street to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Kane County, Illinois.
