RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN LITIGATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement of the case of City of Elgin v. Elgin Real Properties LLC, et al in
Case No. 21-ED-12 which includes payment in the total amount of$40,000 is approved.
