ACCEPTING A PLAT OF DEDICATION & EASEMENT GRANT FOR BUSSE PARKWAY
EXTENSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby accepts a certain Plat of Dedication&Easement Grant for Busse Parkway Extension,
prepared by Manhard Consulting Ltd., dated November 19, 2019, last revised July 20, 2022, for
the property legally therein:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is hereby authorized and directed
to cause said plat of dedication to be filed with the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
