Dear Sir or Madam:
Thank you for submitting to us the proposed Fire Protection Agreement for year 2023 for our
property at 1025-1027-1029 St. Charles Street which lies just south of the Elgin City Limits.
We have been in discussion with South Elgin & Countryside Fire Protection District regarding
this service, and today have signed a contract with them for fire protection for calendar year
2023 for the above-mentioned property.
I want to thank you for your responsive service in the past years. Our reason for changing to
South Elgin for this service is strictly due to considerable cost savings.
