RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PARKWAY
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN HIGHLAND WOODS NEIGHBORHOOD D
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain parkway
improvements within Highland Woods Neighborhood D which will include sidewalks and trees.
Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city maintained facilities: 41,356
square feet of sidewalks, 216 trees and their appurtenances to the City maintained facilities.
