ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE PARCEL 1 PARK OF THE PONDS
OF STONY CREEK SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT 3638 ELDORADO ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance Parcel 1 Park of the Ponds of
Stony Creek Subdivision located at 3638 Eldorado Road.
