BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
The project consists of construction and construction engineering of HMA surface removal, HMA and concrete
pavement removal, combination curb and gutter and sidewalk removal and replacement, base preparation and
repair, placement of HMA binder and surface courses, restoration, and appurtenant construction.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Two million four hundred four thousand nine hundred twenty one
and sixty-four cents Dollars( $2,404,921.64 )for the improvement of
said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit four(4)certified originals of this resolution to the district office
of the Department of Transportation.
