RESOLUTION
DESIGNATING TIMOTHY S. BENNETT AS THE AUTHORIZED AGENT FOR THE
ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Timothy S. Bennett be and is hereby designated as the authorized agent of the City of Elgin
for the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
