BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of
construction and construction engineering for the City's 2022 Far West Resurfacing Project which includes
pavement patching, pavement milling, HMA resurfacing, preparation of base, aggregate subgrade improvement,
removal & disposal of unsuitable materials, curb and gutter removal & replacement, sidewalk removal &
replacement, structure adjustments, restoration, traffic control and all other ancillary work to complete the project.
2. That there is hereby appropriated the sum of Two Million Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Six and 00/100-----

said section from the Local Public Agency's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
