You are being sent this Notice because you have been identified either as an owner of record of the Premises, a beneficial owner of an Illinois land trust having title to the Premises, a lienholder of record in the Premises, or as otherwise having an interest in the Premises. Please be further advised and take notice that Elgin intends to demolish, repair, or enclose the building or remove any garbage, debris, or other hazardous, noxious, or unhealthy substances or materials if such action is not taken by the owner or owners of the Premises within thirty (30) days of the mailing of this Notice. The Property is located at 340 Hendee Street, Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, 60123, having Permanent Tax Index Number (P.I.N.) 06-24-102-017, and legally described as follows: SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF KANE, STATE OF ILLINOIS, TO WIT: THE NORTHERLY 1/2 OF LOT 9 IN BLOCK 1 OF LORD'S SUBDIVISION OF PART OF LOTS 20, 22, 24, 25 & 28 IN B.W. RAYMOND'S SECOND ADDITION TO ELGIN, IN THE CITY OF ELGIN, SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF KANE, IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS.
