RESOLUTION
APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR THE TROUT PARK
ILLINOIS NATURE PRESERVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that it hereby approves the Plat of Survey for the Trout Park Illinois Nature Preserve regarding the
property legally described on said plat prepared by DLZ Industrial, LLC, dated November 22,
2019, a copy of which is attached hereto.
