RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE BOWES CREEK COUNTRY CLUB PHASE III
SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within the Bowes Creek Country Club Phase III Subdivision. Acceptance of the public
improvements will add the following city maintained facilities: 72 lineal feet of 6-inch watermain,
4,213 lineal feet of 8-inch watermain,2,166 lineal feet of 12-inch watermain,eleven 8-inch valves
in 4-foot valve vaults, five 12-inch valves in 5-foot valve vaults, 19 fire hydrants with auxiliary
valves,4,968 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer,28 sanitary manholes and their appurtenances to
the City maintained facilities.
