RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING TERMINATION OF A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH ONE SENSE, LLC FOR PARKAWARE SMART PARKING
MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the January 9,2019,purchase agreement between the City of Elgin and One Sense,LLC relating to a
ParkAware Smart Parking Management Platform,be and is hereby terminated with the City of Elgin
fully reserving all of its rights and remedies with respect to this matter.
