RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF CERTAIN CLAIMS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the proposed settlement of the third-party lawsuit involving Jimmy Mendez against Angel
Ontiveros in the amount of $50,000 wherein the City of Elgin would receive the amount of
$16,222.73 be and is hereby approved.
