RESOLUTION
APPROVING SETTLEMENTS OF CERTAIN WORKERS' COMPENSATION CASES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OFELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
the proposed settlement of the pending workers'compensation case of Peter O'Connor,Case No.20
WC 5654, in the total amount of$56,476.58 is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed "settlement of the pending workers'
compensation case of Brian Domaracki Case No.20 WC 16310,in the total amount of$44,109.54 is
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed settlement of the pending workers'
compensation case of Joshua Sunderlage Case No.20 WC 16954,in the total amount of$25,100.70
is approved.
