RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE LICENSE
SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL FROM DELL
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard G. Kozal, City Manager, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
purchase Microsoft Enterprise software license subscription renewal, from Dell, for the total
amount of$134,159.38 annually for a three-year term pursuant to the quotation therefore dated
February 11, 2021, a copy of which is attached hereto and made apart hereof by reference.
