AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LETTER OF INTENT REGARDING THE PURCHASE
OF THE DC COOK PROPERTY AT 850 N. GROVE AVENUE, ELGIN, ILLINOIS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Richard G. Kozal, City Manager, be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Letter of
Intent on behalf of the City of Elgin regarding the purchase of the DC Cook property at 850 N.Grove
Avenue, Elgin, Illinois, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
