RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE WEST POINT GARDENS PHASE 1— FIRST
RESUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within the West Point Gardens Phase 1 — First Resubdivision. Acceptance of the public
improvements will add the following city maintained facilities: approximately 2,619 linear feet of
five-foot sidewalk along with 67 parkway trees; and their appurtenances to the City maintained
facilities.
