RESOLUTION
REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 15-147 REGARDING A PREVIOUS VERSION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH HAMPTON, LENZINI AND RENWICK, INC. FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE MCLEAN AND BIG TIMBER ROAD RAILROAD
SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that
Resolution No. 15-147 adopted on November 4, 2015, providing for the execution of an agreement
with Hampton, Lenzini, Renwick, Inc. for engineering services in connection with the McLean and
Big Timber Road Railroad Signal Improvements Project be and is hereby repealed, and the
agreement authorized by such resolution be and is hereby terminated.
