RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE CERTAIN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE SITE LOCATED AT 2500 N. RANDALL ROAD—
WATERMARK AT THE GROVE SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for ownership and maintenance certain public improvements
within the site located at 2500 N. Randall Road — Watermark At The Grove Subdivision.
Acceptance of the public improvements will add the following city maintained facilities:
approximately 370 lineal feet of 6-inch watermain; 2,201 lineal feet of 8-inch watermain; five 6-
inch valves in 48-inch vaults; five 8-inch valves in 48-inch vaults; two 8-inch valves in a 60-inch
vault; six fire hydrants with auxiliary valves; 47 feet of 12-inch RCP storm sewer; 3 storm sewer
structures; 397 square feet of concrete sidewalk; 304 square yards of pavement (turn lane) with
associated curb and gutter and pavement striping; and their appurtenances to the City maintained
facilities.
